Q1. What made you want to become a teacher?

When I was in the first year of junior high school, I was selected for a sports education activity in Fukuoka Prefecture called "Talent Discovery Project". Experienced various Olympic games, met boxing, and found big dreams, which changed my life. Next, I wanted to give students fun and joy through exercise in the field of compulsory education and enrich their lives, so I became a teacher.

Q2. Please tell us what you worked on to become a teacher after enrollment.

I tried everything with all my strength. It is natural to work on studying and club activities, but I immediately realized that I would do my best to do what I wanted to do, such as part-time work, qualification acquisition, hobbies and entertainment with friends. You may be a teacher if you are studying, but if you don't have something that you can talk about with human appeal and confidence, you won't be a teacher that is needed by schools, students, and parents. Therefore, I think that it is necessary to become a teacher to find a true "“One’s way”" that allows you to experience many things, positions, and various feelings and improve yourself.

Q3. How was it using the teaching profession center?

I'm just grateful. He was always kind and sometimes harsh. I think those words and guidance ignited my heart and gave me the strength to do my best. Especially in interview practice, the advice and guidance unique to teachers who have many years of experience in the field provided an opportunity to deepen their thoughts on the teaching profession and gave them confidence in their remarks. It was really good to use it. I think I was able to pass because there was a teaching profession center.

Q4. Please tell me the measures for the teacher employment exam.

It is important to study with hot colleagues who have the same dreams in the "Dream Support Program for Teachers" sponsored by the Teaching Profession Center. Rather, I could never pass without my friends. By studying together, you can not only clearly understand your learning situation, but also share points that are easy to make mistakes. Above all, if your friends are doing their best, you will do your best. Then, learning will change from "painful" to "fun". The time I worked hard with my friends became my property.

Q5. Please tell us what you learned in the practical training.

I learned to put students first, with the aim of all educational activities. Educational activities have a goal so that whatever you do, you have a goal. The flow is to select a method and give guidance according to the purpose, but since the actual situation differs depending on the grade, it is necessary to find a method that suits the student and to be able to provide various teaching methods. In the training, I felt my weakness and the greatness of the teachers in the field. No matter how much you imagine and prepare, the site will go beyond that. I needed the ability to respond to whatever happened, and I was able to realize that the teachers always put the students first in class, in conversation in the staff room, and in school life.

Q6. Please tell us the image of the teacher you are aiming for.

Become a teacher who gives you the courage to take on challenges and expands the possibilities your students have. I want to give lessons that students find fun through my favorite "sports". Also, just as I was given the potential by the educational activities of Fukuoka Prefecture, I would like to be a teacher who keeps learning so that I can expand the possibilities of students and give them the courage to challenge their dreams. ..

In order to realize your strong desire to become a teacher, please first know your current situation. I would like you to consider whether you have the ability to pass the teacher employment exam and whether you have the human appeal that students are expected to become teachers.
