[International Liberal Arts Seminar] Whereabouts of the Russian-Ukrainian War and International Order

"Putin's War" has shaken the global security system. In the international community, which has reached a turning point, will we maintain a free and open international order, or will a new international order emerge? How will Japan's diplomatic strategy and security system change under these circumstances?
We will invite experts who have been active for many years in the field of international news reporting and the world of international politics to deepen the discussion.
