  • * If you do not complete the admission procedure (transfer procedure) by the admission procedure deadline, we will consider that you have no intention of admission and will revoke your admission.

A woman who meets any of the following requirements and has a nurse's license (hereinafter referred to as "license"), or a person who is qualified to take the National Nurse Examination at the time of application (expected to obtain it) including). However, at the time of admission, it is necessary to pass the national exam for nurses and have a license.

  1. Those who have graduated from university or those who are expected to graduate in March 2024
  2. Those who have been awarded a bachelor's degree in accordance with the provisions of Article 104, Paragraph 7 of the School Education Act, or those who are expected to be awarded by March 31, 2024
  3. Those who have completed 16 years of school education in a foreign country, or those who are expected to complete by March 31, 2024
  4. Those who have completed 16 years of school education in a foreign country by taking correspondence courses offered by a foreign school in Japan, or those who are expected to complete the course by March 31, 2024.
  5. In Japan, an educational facility positioned in the foreign school education system as having a foreign university course (limited to those whose graduates are said to have completed a 16-year course under the school education law of the foreign country) Those who have completed a course separately designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or are expected to complete it by March 31, 2024
  6. Completed a specialized course designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology on or after the date designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in a specialized course at a specialized training college (limited to courses with a minimum duration of 4 years and meeting other criteria specified by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) or expected to complete by March 31, 2024
  7. Person designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Notification No. 5 of 1958)

[Note] For applicants who are expected to obtain qualifications, if they do not obtain the qualifications by the time of April 2024 admission, admission will be canceled and the amount paid, excluding the entrance examination fee, will be refunded. However, the applicant will be responsible for the bank transfer fee incurred when the money is returned.

How to pay the entrance examination fee

Prior application is required before payment. Please access the "Admissions Examination Fee Payment Guidance" site and enter the required information for payment. In addition, it is necessary to enter the "reference number" when entering. For the "reference number", enter [12345678] and an 8-digit number.
After entering the information, select the payment method and pay at the payment institution of your choice (in addition to the entrance examination fee, a payment fee of 1,100 yen will be charged for each case). We will send you a payment confirmation email as soon as we can confirm the payment of the entrance examination fee. Please access the "Admissions Examination Fee Settlement Guidance" site from the URL in the payment confirmation email, print the "Certificate of Storage" and attach it to the designated field on the storage slip (if you do not receive the email, access it from the URL. please give me).

How to apply

When mailing (must arrive by the deadline)
Print out the "address sheet" at the end of the entrance examination guidelines in A4 size, fill in the necessary information, attach it to the envelope (Kaku 2) prepared by each person, enclose the set of application documents, and be sure to send it by "registered mail" from the post office. Please send by mail.
Please keep the "receipt of registered mail/delivery record mail" issued by the post office in a safe place.
Applications must arrive by the deadline. Deadline postmark is not valid.

If you bring it to the university counter

  • * We do not handle administrative work on Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd), and university (undergraduate) entrance examination days.
  • * Admission may be restricted due to school events, so please confirm by phone before bringing it to the counter.
  • * We do not accept emails.

Notes on Application

  • If the application documents are incomplete, we will not accept them.
  • Submitted application materials and the application fee will not be returned.
  • Once the application has been submitted, no changes to the documents will be allowed under any circumstances.
  • If you are in the office, please consult with your employer before applying.
  • Even after the admission procedures have been completed, the university reserves the right to cancel the admission if the submitted documents are found to be inaccurate.

Special Considerations for Taking Exams and Studying
If you need special consideration for taking the entrance examination or studying due to a physical disability, disease, or illness, please notify the applicant office prior to submitting your application (at least two weeks prior to the application deadline). You will be asked to apply after the decision has been made by the university. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request. Also, if you need special consideration after submitting your application due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately.
