Business revitalization through in-house innovation (6 times in total)

Currently, there is a nationwide call for the introduction of digital transformation and the revitalization of innovation. However, digital transformation is not a "panacea" that will dramatically improve business conditions. For small and medium-sized enterprises in particular, it is most important to reexamine the resources lying dormant within the company and create an environment in which they can deploy them in a way that is in line with the times.

In this course, Senior Assistant Professor who has led management reforms will provide practical explanations on how to discover and utilize internal resources, as well as key points for employee awareness and training reforms that accompany them. Participants will learn through thorough discussions between Senior Assistant Professor and participants in small groups.
