Eligible applicants

Applicants must meet the requirements of 1 or 2 as well as 3, be recommended by the principal of a high school or secondary school, and have a desire to contribute to the local community in the future.

  1. Applicants must be a graduate or expect to graduate in March 2025 from a high school or secondary school located in the Tama area of Tokyo or Kawasaki or Sagamihara cities in Kanagawa Prefecture.
  2. Applicants must be a high school or secondary school graduate or expect to graduate in March 2025, and must either be a resident of the Tama area of Tokyo or Kawasaki or Sagamihara cities in Kanagawa Prefecture.
  3. Applicants must be able to make a firm commitment to enroll if accepted.

Features

  1. Half of the admission fee and half of the tuition for two years are exempt.
  2. Those who are not accepted as scholarship students may be admitted if they are recognized as having abilities and aptitude equal to or greater than those of applicants who passed the Priority Admission School System (Open Enrollment System).

Selection Process

In the 2025 Common University Entrance Examination, the pass/fail result will be determined based on the score of the highest score in one subject, based on the grades in subjects and courses designated by the university. The university will not conduct individual academic ability tests.

  • *3 If you take two or more subjects, the subject with the higher score will be used to determine whether you pass or fail.
