Eligible applicants
Applicants must meet the requirements of 1 or 2 as well as 3, be recommended by the principal of a high school or secondary school, and have a desire to contribute to the local community in the future.
Applicants must have graduated from a high school or secondary school located in the Tama area of Tokyo, or Kawasaki or Sagamihara cities in Kanagawa Prefecture, or be expected to graduate in March 2023.
Applicants must be high school or secondary school graduates or expected to graduate in March 2023 and reside in the Tama area of Tokyo, or in Kawasaki or Sagamihara City in Kanagawa Prefecture, either by themselves or by their guardians.
Applicants must be able to make a firm commitment to enroll if accepted.

Features
Half of the admission fee and half of the tuition for two years are exempt.
Those who are not accepted as scholarship students may be admitted if they are recognized as having abilities and aptitude equal to or greater than those of applicants who passed the Priority Admission School System (Open Enrollment System).
Only School Recommendation Type Selection (Priority Admission School System) of Teikyo University Junior College can be applied jointly.

Pass or fail will be determined based on the score of one subject on the 2023 Common Test for University Admissions in the subjects and courses chosen by the university. The university won't administer any individual achievement tests.
