Eligibility Requirements

Teikyo University
Those with the high grades in the general selection I and II of the Faculty of Pharma-Science, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Language Studies, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Faculty of Medical Technology, and Faculty of Fukuoka Medical Technology are regarded as scholarship students. However, the Faculty of Medical Technology and Faculty of Fukuoka Medical Technology are available only for the C course and for the general selection I only.

Teikyo University Junior College
At Teikyo University Junior College General Selection I, those who achieve scores above the standard score set by the university are regarded as scholarship students.

  • * The scholarship system cannot be applied in combination with the new system for supporting higher education.

Amount of money

[Course A] Half price for admission and full exemption for the 1st grade tuition
Even after the 2nd grade, if the grades of the previous year are within the top 5% of each department, the tuition fee continues to be fully exempted as a scholarship student. Similarly, if you are in the top 5% to 10%, the students can be exempted from the tuition fee by half. However, other than that, the students will be disqualified as a scholarship student.

[Course B] Half price for admission fee, half price exemption for the 1st grade tuition
Even after the 2nd grade, if the grades of the previous year are within the top 10% of each department, the tuition fee continues to be exempted by half as a scholarship student. However, other than that, the students will be disqualified as a scholarship student.

[C course] The 1st grade tuition fee reduced by 200,000 yen
After the 2nd year, the scholarship qualification cannot be continued. However, apart from this system, there are "Teikyo University Honors Student Scholarships" and "Teikyo University Junior College Honors Student Scholarships" that provide scholarships to undergraduate students with excellent grades from the 2nd year onward.
