The social environment surrounding medical care is changing every moment due to the declining birthrate and aging population and advances in medical technology. Under these circumstances, in Japan, where the super-aging society is rapidly advancing, there is an urgent need to expand medical-related occupations that are responsible for dealing with various illnesses such as mental illnesses such as dementia and depression. At the Fukuoka Campus, in order to produce medical professionals who should lead the next generation, we position national examination preparation as an important career support and provide detailed guidance such as holding special lectures. Furthermore, in career support other than national examination preparation, not only will we provide useful job information based on cooperation with local networks and graduates, but also faculty and staff will work closely together to provide career support that meets the needs of each department. We have a well-developed support system, such as holding lectures, facing each student, and responding to consultations on job hunting as needed.

Features of career support

National examination measures

Through various mock exams created by faculty members, we grasp the academic ability level and areas of weakness at each stage, and provide support with detailed guidance. In addition to establishing knowledge from basics to applications through supplementary lessons and special lectures, students will teach each other through group learning with a small number of students to further establish knowledge and lead to success.

Extensive network for clinical training and employment

Education policy to nurture the mind as a medical person

A major feature of the Fukuoka Campus is the bright greetings of the students. In order to play an active role in the ever-increasing medical field for a lifetime, it is most important to always put the patient first and be a trusted person. All faculty members also focus on personality formation as a medical professional, and warmly guide students to greetings and lifestyles.

Individual consultation

The faculty and staff, including the employment committee, work closely together to provide correction guidance for resumes and entry sheets, provide employment consultations from students as needed, and build a full support system such as providing individual consultations.
