Teikyo University offers step-by-step Support for Career Development starting from the moment of enrollment. In the spring of their first year, students take an assessment test, a career design tool, to analyze themselves and set future goals. Career-related courses organized by year support students in developing their employability and improving their basic social skills. In order to create a "face-to-face" career support center, we offer a wide range of student support through collaboration between faculty and staff, including on-site guidance by career advisors, interviews for all students, and the activities of the Career Support Committee.
