Terms for exemption from refund
If you become a doctor within two years after graduating from university, immediately engage in clinical training at a hospital in Fukushima Prefecture designated by the Governor of Fukushima Prefecture, and then engage in clinical training at a public medical institution in Fukushima Prefecture for a fixed period of time.
