Q1. What made you want to become a teacher?

When I thought about what I wanted to do in the future, I looked back on the past that had grown so far. Among them, the figure of the teacher who was indebted until now came to my mind. In particular, the teacher in charge when I was in the 3rd and 4th grade of elementary school was a teacher who recognized and complimented the students the harder they worked. I felt that what I learned from that teacher was still alive, and I wanted to become a teacher who could teach many things to my children.

Q2. Please tell us what you worked on to become a teacher after enrollment.

I was conscious of taking each and every lecture in order to gain various knowledge and learning. Since I have the opportunity to speak many times in the lecture, I made an effort to complete the given tasks. In addition, I actively participate in volunteer activities at elementary schools where I can feel the atmosphere of the school site that I can not learn in class, and try to interact with many children while imagining when I became a teacher. I did.

Q3. How was it using the teaching profession center?

To be honest, I found it difficult to step in before using it. However, when I actually used it, I found that the teachers welcomed me with a smile and kindness, and that it was a place where I could fully support our dreams with enthusiasm and affectionate guidance. As I used it many times, I was looking forward to receiving guidance and going to see my teacher, and it became a space that motivated me to study.

Q4. Please tell me the measures for the teacher employment exam.

In the primary exam, I put the first priority on losing what I was not good at, solved problems many times, and focused on what I didn't understand. The second exam was very helpful to the teachers at the teaching profession center and the colleagues I studied with. We also received a lot of guidance from the teachers regarding interviews and group discussions. In addition, I practiced many times while exchanging opinions with my colleagues and refined my skills.

Q5. Please tell us what you learned in the practical training.

What I learned the most was how to praise the children. The instructor in charge of the training taught me, "I don't know what was good and how it was just by complimenting it, and it is easier for children to understand if they compliment it concretely." have become. I felt that I was able to learn techniques as a teacher that I could not learn in the lecture. By actually complimenting them in concrete words in class, I was able to see how the children themselves understood the good points. I realized that praising alone contains important elements for raising children, so I would like to cherish each and every word I give to my students when I stand in the field.

Q6. Please tell us the image of the teacher you are aiming for.

We aim to be a teacher who is always close to the hearts of children and faces them in good faith. Teachers have a lot of time to spend with their students during the day. That is why I think it is important to spend time thinking about children at all times. I would like to make an effort to treat, instruct, and grow while thinking about the feelings of the children.

Q7. Please give some advice to current students who are aiming to become teachers.

I want you to do your best to study and play. I think it is also important to participate in volunteer activities and gain learning that can only be understood in the field. Various efforts are required to fulfill the dream of becoming a teacher. Through various experiences, acquire "drawers" as a teacher and hone your qualifications. I think there will be some difficult times in the future, but please do your best to do what you can now while imagining yourself becoming a teacher.
