Pre-registration is required before payment. Please access the "Entrance Examination Fee Payment Guidance" site and enter the prescribed information required for payment. In addition, it is necessary to enter the "reference number" when entering. Enter [12345678] and an 8-digit number for the reference number.
After entering the information, select the payment method and make the payment at the selected payment institution. A payment confirmation email will be sent as soon as payment of the entrance examination fee has been confirmed. Access the "Entrance Examination Fee Settlement Guidance" site from the URL in the payment confirmation email, print out the "proof of payment", and attach it to the designated space on the receipt (if you do not receive the email, please access from the URL. please give me).

Print out the "address sheet" at the end of the entrance examination guidelines in A4 size, fill in the necessary information, attach it to the envelope (Kaku 2) prepared by each person, enclose the set of application documents, and be sure to send it from the post office.
