Facilities and Equipment Used for the Emergency Medical Technician Course

Emergency activities in a various locations are required for emergency medical technician. A wide variety of equipment are available on campus so that we can respond promptly at the actual site. In addition, students acquire the skills to respond to obstacle site by simulating various locations on campus as emergency sites, assuming actual sites not only the prepared locations.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
It is a medical device that gives an electric shock to the cramped heart that lost the pumping function to flow blood, and recover the normal rhythm. In the site, it is unknown what type of AED is used, so there are various types of equipment.
Ambulance
It is used for training assuming emergency transportation. Inside the car, there are equipment that can be used in actual ambulances, so students can learn practically.
Stretcher
It is used for transporting the sick and injured. The yellow board at the top spreads to the left and right to put patients smoothly.
Captain bag
It is used for practical training in a small group, and is always equipped with tools necessary for assessing the condition of patients, such as a machine for measuring oxygen concentration, a sphygmomanometer, a bandage, and a stethoscope.
Emergency monitor
It is a device that displays the patient's electrocardiogram, blood pressure, oxygen concentration, etc. during transportation. It is an important goods for proper treatment.
CPR training doll
It is a doll for checking the accuracy of performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and training to perform more accurately. It is linked with the iPad at hand to measure the depth and speed of pushing the heart. This training is indispensable for taking appropriate measures.
