The Teikyo University Center for Teacher Education provides individual counseling and advice to students seeking careers in the education sector as well as assistance with teacher tests and examinations. In 2011 the Institute was refurbished and upgraded with new equipment, and the personnel structure was overhauled to give students better access to experienced teachers and instructors.

The Reserch Institute of Cultural Properties, Teikyo University is involved in excavation, analysis and archiving of cultural assets together with associated education programs. Consisting of three humanities research rooms and three natural science research rooms, the Institute is located at Fuefuki in Yamanashi prefecture and provides a local presence while conducting research on a global scale.
