Overview

This course is a 10-part series that provides practical learning from starting a business to running it.
This course systematically teaches you, from a practitioner's perspective, the real-world management challenges faced in startups, such as how to turn a business idea into reality, how to get a business off the ground, how to build an organization, and what is needed to sustain profitability. The emphasis is not simply on showcasing success stories, but on acquiring reproducible methods.
