Date and time

Overview

This is a tatami exercise class where preschoolers (ages 4-5) to first graders can move their bodies freely on a safe tatami mat, with Koji Yoshimi, a specially appointed Professor Okinaga Research Institute of Teikyo University, as Senior Assistant Professor.
By gently incorporating judo's breakfall techniques, children develop the ability to protect their heads and bodies when falling through folding exercises. We don't focus on winning or losing; we value each child's pace, so even children who are not good at sports can participate with confidence. In a safe and secure environment, they can have fun while accumulating experiences of "I did it!"

[Senior Assistant Professor] Koji Yoshimi (Visiting Professor, Okinaga Research Institute of Teikyo University / 5th Dan in Kodokan Judo)
