I met my teacher who taught me how wonderful it is to work hard and how fun it is to interact with my colleagues, and I wanted to be like a teacher.

The opportunity to become a teacher
My encounter with an English teacher when I was in junior high school made me want to become a teacher. When I was a high school student, I think I naturally thought about the path to becoming a teacher and focused on learning English. By the time I took the university entrance exam, I had already selected an undergraduate school with a view to obtaining an English teacher's license.
What I learned in the practical training
The training was difficult, but it was a more enjoyable and fulfilling three weeks.
I learned that it is important to prepare a wide range of things, such as not only preparing answers but also assuming supplementary explanations of parts that are likely to be mistaken, while valuing students' learning and questions such as "why?" And "why?" ..
Points devised to balance one's own department and the teaching profession course
It was difficult to acquire the required number of credits in each semester. We made a solid plan and worked on it so that we could digest each and every task that comes up in each class.
I frequently checked the progress and deadline of the submitted assignments with my friends in the same department who are taking the teaching profession, and made effective use of the commuting time by train.
I'm glad I took the teaching profession
Throughout the four years, my English ability has improved dramatically. With the number of English conversations and presentations in English, I became able to speak in public with confidence.
