板橋キャンパス帝京大学新産業共創セミナー 第1回「逆境を乗り越える経営と人材戦略」を実施しました

On November 4, 2022 (Friday), the Teikyo University New Industry Co-Creation Seminar "-Solving social issues through industry-academia collaboration-" was held at Teikyo University Itabashi Campus. In order to contribute to the creation of innovation and the resolution of social issues, the university makes maximum use of the seeds and intellectual resources it possesses, promotes systematic and continuous joint research with companies, and builds a co-creation environment. I am aiming. As a first step, we have planned a total of three seminars in order to strengthen networking between our university and companies and to provide opportunities for exploring joint research themes. With the theme of , we had participants from companies in a wide range of fields.

On the day of the first seminar, Teikyo University was first established in April 2021 Advanced Comprehensive Research Organization We conducted a tour of the facility. Afterwards, at the Clinical University Auditorium, Mr. Takashi Goto, President and CEO of Seibu Holdings, gave a keynote speech titled "Organizational and Management Reforms that Survive in Adversity." Subsequently, School of MedicineProfessor of the university, Kotohiro, Faculty of EconomicsProfessor Motohide Takeda and Takayuki Nakano Associate Professor Sports Medical Science Center gave lectures on their own education and research activities, which are also areas of strength of the university. Also at our university Advanced Comprehensive Research Organization Deputy Director Makoto Asashima introduced the university's future efforts for industry-academia collaboration, and after the seminar, many faculty members other than the speakers attended networking and exchanged various opinions with participating companies.

We will continue to hold the 2nd and 3rd seminars with the aim of promoting systematic and continuous joint research with companies and building a co-creation environment. We look forward to your participation.
