Graduates of the Hachioji CampusFaculty of Law of Law Receive Encouragement Prize of the 9th Shigeru Oda Award Sponsored by the International Law Society

Kazuki Kanda, a graduate of the Faculty of Faculty of Law, Teikyo University, received the Encouragement Prize of the 9th Shigeru Oda Award sponsored by the International Law Association for a paper he wrote while he was a student. The Shigeru Oda Prize was established with the aim of promoting research in the fields of international law, private international law, international politics, and diplomatic history. This award recognizes outstanding papers submitted by graduate students, law Graduate School, and legal apprentices.

Upon receiving the award, Ms. Kanda said, "I am very happy to receive such an honorable award. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my professor who guided me in writing. It was a great encouragement for me to be recognized in this way for the achievements I had accumulated during my undergraduate years.I will continue to push forward with my research on international law, using this award as an impetus." I have high hopes for Kanda's future endeavors.
