We are engaged in various activities with the aim of becoming a university rooted in the community.
We would like to introduce the activities at Fukuoka Campus, which actively participates in local activities such as providing facilities for various seminars, medical initiatives, and crime prevention volunteer activities to protect the safety of the community, thereby promoting Community Engagement.
This is a crime prevention activity carried out by Fukuoka Campus in cooperation with the local police.
While crime prevention activities are being promoted nationwide through cooperation between universities and local police, in Omuta City, Fukuoka Campus is working with the police and local residents to carry out local crime prevention activities. Our students are working on crime prevention activities every day to protect the safety of the community.

"The first step in community co-creation" with various organizations in Omuta City
In March 2025, Teikyo University, a private educational institution, concluded a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the Omuta Medical Association, the Omuta Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Omuta City Long-Term Care Service Providers' Council, centered in Omuta City, to promote sustainable urban development through regional co-creation. Based on this agreement, the council established is promoting collaborative efforts in various fields, bringing together the resources and ideas of each organization. Through this agreement, faculty, staff, and students of our university will actively participate in various projects aimed at regional revitalization conducted by Omuta City or related organizations within the city. By working to create an attractive city and enhance its vitality, we will contribute to creating a city where young people want to study and work.
Through our cooperation with workplace experience programs, we contribute to career education for junior high school students.
At Fukuoka Campus, we cooperate with junior high schools in Omuta City by providing work experience programs based on their requests. In our collaboration, we create programs tailored to the school's needs through preliminary meetings. Through interaction with faculty and staff working at the university, as well as university students studying to become medical professionals, and through work experience, we aim to broaden students' career options and foster their work ethic and professional values.
