We have various welfare programs so that you can work with peace of mind.

Teikyo University has a well-developed welfare system so that employees can work with peace of mind. Social insurance, various leave, various allowances, childcare / long-term care leave, and shortened working hours related to childcare / long-term care have been established. In addition to this, we are fully equipped with a property accumulation savings system, a funded mutual aid pension that supplements the public pension, various insurance systems that offer group discounts on insurance premiums, and subsidies for human dock consultation costs.

paid holidays You can take 20 days of paid leave a year from the date of employment. The leave that could not be taken can be carried over to the next year up to 20 days each year.
Special paid leave You can take 5 days of marriage leave and bereavement leave (10 to 1 day depending on the relationship).
Various social insurance We are fully equipped with health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, and workers' accident compensation insurance.
Housing allowance We pay 28,000 yen every month.
* When contracting a rented house / room in the name of the person.
* There are payment requirements such as age and years of service. (Within 5 years of employment and up to 30 years old)
Commuting allowance A 6-month unit (commuter pass amount) is provided.
Prenatal and postnatal leave You can take 6 weeks before and 8 weeks after the expected date of delivery.
Childcare leave As a general rule, you can get it until your child is one year old.
Nursing care leave You can get up to 100 days in total for each person who needs family care.
Reduced working hours You can work shorter hours until the child you are raising is 3 years old. (Example: 9:00 to 16:00)
Cannot be used in combination with childcare leave. In addition, there is a reduced working hours system for long-term care.
Recreation facility With the membership-based welfare service, accommodation facilities, resort facilities, sports facilities, etc. nationwide can be used at special rates.

The rate of employees who wish to take childcare leave is 100% every year! Most of the staff take continuous leave before and after childbirth. After returning to work, you can work shorter hours, so it is an environment where women can continue to work after pregnancy and childbirth. Men can also take childcare leave and actively participate in childcare.

Teikyo University is focusing on human resource development and is building a seamless training system. Beginning with training for prospective employees before employment, training for new employees after employment, training for young and mid-career staff, training for managers, and training according to purpose are adopted as training by rank, and it is a generous training that can be utilized in daily work.
