New personnel system started in April 2022

"Human resources" are the most important management resource in an organization, and faculty and staff are indispensable and important assets. Making the best use of the faculty and staff, which is an important asset, is directly linked to the sustainable growth of Teikyo University, and will be the operational foundation of the future.
We will build an operating system that allows each faculty member to maximize their abilities, maintain and improve the motivation of faculty members, and improve the motivation of all occupations belonging to Teikyo University. Aiming for "realization".

Course definition

The main course for clerical staff is the staff course, from which future management personnel and personnel who are candidates for managerial positions become management courses. Professional courses, on the other hand, apply to people who specialize in a particular area of expertise.

Management course Employees who are responsible for organizational management to achieve the management plan and organizational goals of the organization in charge, and who lead the challenge of new challenges across fields and organizations.

Staff course Employees responsible for smooth organizational management through the execution of clerical work and improvement work in the organization to which they belong
-For S3 and above, the back office has strengths in any of the eight fields, and it is expected that contributions will be made by utilizing deep knowledge and skills in those fields.
Professional course Employees who demonstrate an extremely high level of expertise in specialized fields that are difficult to develop within the university and contribute to improving organizational results.
- Expected to be staff with both advanced qualifications and practical experience, such as lawyers, patent attorneys, and certified public accountants.
