We held an exchange of opinions with France Bed Co., Ltd. atHachioji Campus

On August 4, 2026 (Tuesday), an exchange of opinions was held at France Bed Medical Current Tokyo (Kodaira City, Tokyo) between the Teikyo University Hachioji Campus Career Support Center and President's Office of Educational Management of the University, and France Bed Co., Ltd. The purpose of this meeting was to deepen understanding of the changing environment surrounding society and companies, as well as the type of human resources that are in demand, and to use this to enhance career support for students.

On the day of the event, personnel and management staff from France Bed Co., Ltd., along with university staff, participated in a lively exchange of opinions on the current state of recruitment activities and talent development, as well as expectations for university education. Information sharing and opinion exchange also took place on themes such as the qualities and abilities required of students, the nature of practical learning through industry-academia collaboration, and Support for Career Development. Opinions were also expressed from the company's perspective on the skills necessary to succeed in society, such as presentation skills, data utilization skills, and experience collaborating with diverse people.

At our university, we will utilize the insights gained from this exchange of opinions to enhance our educational activities and career support, and strive to enrich the learning experience so that students can acquire the skills necessary to succeed in society. We will continue to promote initiatives that enrich educational content and contribute to the growth of our students.
