On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, a comprehensive internship strategy course was held at Teikyo University's Hachioji Campus, sponsored by Office of Student Support 's Career Support Center.
This course is aimed at third-year undergraduate, first-year junior college, first-year master's, and second-year doctoral students at Hachioji Campus who are scheduled to graduate in March 2027, and follows on from the first job-hunting guidance session held recently, providing an overview of internships and open companies, which will be important elements in the upcoming job-hunting process, as well as guidance on how to make use of job-hunting websites. This time, a representative from the job-hunting website Rikunabi introduced the features available on the site, and participants carried out tasks directly related to their job-hunting activities, such as applying to companies and using AI to review the content of their Gakuchika (Gakuchika) essays.
Going forward, Hachioji Campus will continue to hold a variety of career support events, such as a summer internship company discovery fair and an introductory guidance session for civil service, and faculty and staff will continue to support and assist each student to make a career choice that they are satisfied with.
