On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the Student Services Division Career Support Center held a comprehensive internship strategy course at Teikyo University's Hachioji Campus.
This course is aimed at third-year undergraduate, first-year junior college, first-year master's, and second-year doctoral students who are scheduled to graduate in March 2027 and are affiliated with Hachioji Campus. Following on from the first job guidance session held recently, the course provides an overview of internships and open companies, which will be important elements in the upcoming job-hunting process, and guidance on how to make use of job-hunting sites. During this session, a representative from the job-hunting site Rikunabi introduced the features available on the site, and each participant carried out tasks directly related to their job-hunting activities within the course, such as applying to companies and using AI to review the content of their Gakuchika.
In the future, Hachioji Campus will continue to hold various career support events, such as a summer internship company discovery fair and an introductory guidance session for civil servants, and faculty and staff will continue to support and assist each student to make a career choice that they are satisfied with.
