The baseball team has finished their participation in the Tokyo Metropolitan University Baseball Autumn League.

On Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Giants Town Stadium (Inagi City, Tokyo), the Teikyo University baseball team played against Musashi University in the final game of the Capital University Baseball Autumn League, which was the last league game for the fourth-year students, and won 2-1.

Although they allowed Musashi University to score first in the third inning, they took the lead in the top of the fourth inning with an error by the opponent, a hit by Kenta Makihara (2nd year, Faculty of Medical Technology), and a triple by Junpei Tachibana (4th year, Faculty of Medical Technology).
The pitching staff also performed well, with starter Koda Okita (2nd year, Faculty of Medical Technology) giving up only one run through the seventh inning, and then the relief pitchers, Takayoshi Kondo (2nd year, Faculty of Medical Technology) and Akihito Yamaguchi (3rd year, Faculty of Medical Technology), held onto the lead, allowing the team to finish the final game with a victory.

The fourth-year students will retire after the autumn league season, and a new team centered around the third-year students will begin.
We would appreciate your continued warm support.
