On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Teikyo University held a "Women's Health Seminar" at the Teikyo University Kasumigaseki Campus. This seminar was planned and held in collaboration Teikyo Technology Transfer Center as part of the support provided by Okinaga Research Institute Collaboration Promotion Center's "Commercialization Support Program," with the aim of creating an opportunity for faculty and staff working toward commercialization to disseminate information to the general public.

Megumi Saito, a staff member at the Health Center of our university's Itabashi Campus, who is also midwife and holds a Master's degree in Public Health, served as Senior Assistant Professor. Her lecture, titled "For Working Women Who Can't Shake Off Fatigue: Condition Care Reconsidered from Anemia, Menstruation, and Sleep," provided an easy-to-understand explanation of the causes of fatigue common among working women. Participants listened attentively, learning about key points for not overlooking health checkup results or changes in physical condition and how to seek medical attention or consultation, as well as self-care methods that can be easily continued even with a busy daily life. Following the lecture, a mini-consultation session was held for those who wished to participate, where Senior Assistant Professor Saito provided careful advice to those with concerns.
In order to give back the knowledge of Teikyo University to society, Teikyo University Recurrent College will continue to develop a variety of programs.
