The judo club participated in the 2026 All Japan Intercollegiate Judo Championships and placed third in the women's team competition.

On Saturday, June 27, 2026, the Teikyo University Judo Club participated in the 2026 All Japan Intercollegiate Judo Championships held at the Nippon Budokan (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), and the women's team placed third in the team competition.

In the quarterfinals, they faced Meiji International University of Health Sciences, and the match went to the final bout with the score tied. However, their captain, Ren Sato (3rd year, Faculty of Medical Technology), secured the victory with a counter-attack using ground techniques, advancing them to the semifinals for the first time in two years. Moving forward, they will be competing in the All Japan Intercollegiate Judo Weight-Class Team Championships to be held in October, with the women's team aiming for first place and the men's team aiming for the top 8. We would appreciate your continued warm support for the judo club.
