The 11th installment of the "World Cuisine" project – European Edition – was held at Itabashi Campus student cafeteriaItabashi Campus

From April 20th (Monday) to 24th (Friday), 2026, the 11th installment of the "World Cuisine" project – European Edition – was held at Goderecio, the student cafeteria at Teikyo University's Itabashi Campus.
The "World Cuisine" project, based on the concept of "bringing globalization into everyday life," is a project that sells representative dishes from around the world as event menus for a limited time. This time, the theme was Europe, and dishes from Germany, the UK, Italy, and other countries were featured, with five different plate menus offered daily throughout the week. During the period, menus inspired by various European countries were sold, such as grilled chicken and sausage plates, fish and chips plates, and lasagna plates. As these were special menus that included dessert, many positive comments were received, such as "They looked stylish and tasted great" and "It was fun to enjoy a different menu every day," and many students and faculty members enjoyed the event.
In addition to selling European cuisine, we also introduced our group schools in the European region. Teikyo University has established Teikyo School United Kingdom and Teikyo University Durham Campus in the UK, and actively engages in overseas education and international exchange activities. During the event, we introduced our overseas bases through posters, providing students and faculty with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the university's internationalization efforts.
Going forward, we will continue to use international events such as the "World Cuisine" project to help students and faculty members feel closer to globalization, and to widely disseminate information about our university's internationalization efforts.
