The last open campus event of the 2025 academic year was held at Hachioji CampusHachioji Campus

On Friday, March 20, 2026, Teikyo University held its final Open Campus event of the 2025 academic year at Hachioji Campus. This Open Campus event focused on helping prospective students reflect on their experiences with inquiry-based learning and refine their stories so they can confidently present them in their application essays and interviews for the entrance examination. During lunchtime, Cheerleading Club and brass band performed a welcome performance in the student cafeteria, adding to the excitement of the Open Campus. In addition, various other events were held to help visitors learn about Teikyo University, including faculty-specific consultation sessions where students from each faculty answered questions from visitors, a student talk show that conveyed the reality of student life, trial classes where visitors could experience actual university lectures, campus tours, and university and entrance examination information sessions.
Many people attended, including students who will be third-year high school students from April. Participants shared numerous comments such as: "The building was spacious and beautiful, and there were many student staff members who greeted us and made it easy to follow the route," "The student talk show featured many stories that made university life feel more relatable, making it easier for high school students to imagine their dream university life," "The trial lessons helped me imagine what it would be like to actually take classes, and deepened my interest in business administration," "I felt that being able to take classes from other faculties was a unique feature. The students were all kind, and I felt it was a very good atmosphere," and "Of all the trial lessons I've taken so far, the international economics trial lesson was the most interesting and informative."

In the 2026 academic year, we will be planning a variety of events to showcase the many attractions of our university, including research activities and extracurricular activities. We look forward to your participation.
