Teikyo Kenko Hiroba Plaza held a health seminar entitled "Skin Care Aimed at Maintaining and Promoting Health - Live a Lively Life with Daily Skin Care" atItabashi Campus

Teikyo Kenko Hiroba Health Lecture was held at Teikyo University's Itabashi Campus on Saturday, February 14, 2026. This lecture is held twice a year as an open lecture by faculty members from the Department Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medical Technology, with the aim of providing local residents with tips for living a healthy life.
This time, the theme was "Skin care aimed at maintaining and promoting health - Live a vibrant life with daily skin care," and 23 people participated. Ritsuko Suwa, Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing Faculty of Medical Technology University of Tsukuba, explained skin care aimed at maintaining and promoting health and its effects, and then engaged in some skin care recreational activities with the participants. This course provided an opportunity to think about health through daily skin care, and was a good opportunity to be conscious of how to incorporate it into daily life.
In addition to health lectures held twice a year, Teikyo Kenko Hiroba also offers health consultations once a month (on the third Wednesday of the month from 12:30 to 14:30). The department will continue to take steps to help promote the health of local residents.
