Our Graduate School Graduate School of Teacher Education has been selected for the "2026-2027 Regional Center Project of the Independent Administrative Institution, Japan Teachers' Support Organization"

On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, Teikyo Graduate School Graduate School of Teacher Education was selected for the "2026-2027 Regional Center Project" by the National Institute for Teachers' Affairs (NITS).

This project will be open to universities with Graduate School of Teacher Education that have concluded partnership agreements with NITS, and will be selected in order to promote NITS's initiative to "change the way we view training" and to realize the advancement and systematization of teacher training.
The Graduate Graduate School Graduate School of Teacher Education has been providing open learning opportunities such as public lectures and Graduate School of Teacher Education forums to local faculty and staff in order to give back knowledge to the local community. With this selection, as a "Teikyo University Graduate School of Teacher Education" of the Independent Administrative Institution, the Teikyo University Teachers' Support Organization, we will further contribute to improving the quality and abilities of faculty and staff.
The contract for this project is scheduled to be signed and the project will begin in April 2026, with a variety of programs planned, including training for faculty and staff. Specific activities will be announced on the university's website as soon as they are decided.
