Faculty of Education Department of Elementary Education Education, has been certified as a junior high and high school teacher training Elementary Education Course for Japanese language, mathematics, and health and physical education.

On Monday, December 22, 2025, the Teikyo University Faculty of Education, Department of Elementary Education, Elementary Education Course was accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as a junior high and high school teacher training course for Japanese language, mathematics, and health and physical education. With this accreditation, students entering in 2026 will be able to aim to obtain teaching licenses in these subjects.

Please note that this course is designed to help students obtain a first-class elementary school teaching license, and students cannot aim to obtain only a junior high school or high school teaching license.
