Special lecture on job hunting held atHachioji Campus with the Chairman of Tokai Tokyo Securities Co., Ltd.

On Thursday, December 25, 2025, at a seminar taught by Professor Junichi Shukuwa of the Faculty Faculty of Economics at Teikyo University, Mr. Mikio Fujii, Chairman and CEO of Tokai Tokyo Securities Co., Ltd., was invited to give a special lecture titled "Falling down seven times, getting up eight, or falling down seven times - The life of a securities man for 44 years."
On the day, Mr. Fujii shared valuable stories that you don't normally get to hear based on his experiences not only in financial work but also during his 44 years at a securities company, and it was impressive to see the students listening intently with serious expressions.
As part of Support for Career Development, the Shukuwa Seminar regularly holds practical lectures by people active at the forefront of the corporate world. This lecture was one such event, and it was a valuable opportunity for students to hear real opinions from companies that they would not have been able to get in the classroom alone.
Going forward, our university will continue to broaden students' social perspectives through industry-academia collaboration, aiming to cultivate human resources who can immediately contribute to the real world.
