December 20, 2025
On Saturday, December 6, 2025, the third leadership training session was held for members, coaches, and advisors of designated strengthening clubs at Teikyo University's Hachioji Campus. The training aimed to help students understand governance and compliance as something that concerns them personally, to consider actions that will protect the safety of their clubs and earn their trust, and for coaches to understand integrity and instill it in their clubs, and to think about how to run their clubs in a way that will represent the university.
On the day, students held group discussions on prevention measures based on actual compliance violation cases, then deepened their understanding through role-playing, and finally presented their results. Coaches discussed the current situation and challenges of club management, as well as the role of designated strengthening clubs, and shared measures for better club management. This training provided a valuable opportunity for each club to reflect on their current situation and consider ways to improve.
At Hachioji Campus, we provide training throughout the year for members of athletic clubs and designated strengthening clubs, and will continue to support the development of athletic club activities, including human resource development and raising awareness of compliance.
