On Thursday, November 13, 2025, a seminar taught by Professor Junichi Shukuwa Department of International Economy Faculty of Economics Teikyo University, invited a human resources recruitment officer from Nikken Rental Co., Ltd. to give a special lecture on the topic of "Job Hunting."
On the day, the students received practical and specific advice from people who are actually involved in interviews and selection processes in the recruitment field, such as the type of person companies are looking for in students, the important points to consider in application forms and interviews, and the mindset needed to make their job search a success. The students listened intently.
As part of Support for Career Development, the Shukuwa Seminar regularly holds practical lectures by people working at the forefront of the corporate world. This lecture was one such event, and it was a valuable opportunity for students to hear real opinions from companies that they would not get in the classroom alone.

Going forward, our university will continue to broaden students' social perspectives through industry-academia collaboration, aiming to cultivate human resources who can immediately contribute to the real world.
