On Monday, November 10th and Tuesday, November 11th, 2025, an information exchange session was held at Teikyo University's Itabashi Campus, primarily for fifth-year students in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, alumni, and various organizations.
On the day, in addition to the fifth-year students, second- to fourth-year students from the same faculty also actively participated with the aim of fostering an early career perspective, and the venue was bustling with lively interaction all day. This time, a total of 82 organizations from a wide range of fields, including hospitals, pharmacies, civil servants, and pharmaceutical companies, were invited, and alumni active in various fields and representatives of each organization were able to give valuable "real voices" about the work they do, what they find rewarding, and specific career paths.
Participating students shared their thoughts, saying things like, "It was a very valuable opportunity to hear from alumni who are actually working," and "I wasn't completely satisfied with my career choice, but hearing the stories of our alumni gave me hope." The event proved to be an opportunity that had a major impact on each student's view of work and their awareness of their career paths.
Going forward, our university will continue to work together with faculty and staff to ensure that each student is able to achieve the career path they desire through various initiatives, including collaboration with alumni.
