Teikyo Sports Supporters Association held an on-campus event, "Teikyo Sports Day" atHachioji Campus

On Thursday, October 23, 2025, Teikyo University held "Teikyo SPORTS DAY" at Hachioji Campus. This event is held regularly, primarily by students from the Teikyo Sports Supporters Association, with the aim of providing an opportunity for students and faculty to experience the appeal of Teikyo sports up close and personal, and to increase interest in club activities. This time, the baseball team, women's basketball team, and Anai Seminar participated together.

The event was postponed once due to rain, but the weather was favorable on the day, and students, faculty, and staff gathered at the event venue, Fir Tree Plaza next to SORATIO SQUARE, during their lunch break. Participants received an explanation of pitching form from the baseball team, then tried their hand at strikeouts, cheering every time the ball hit a distant target. The women's basketball team also held a grip strength test, where participants tried to become "grip strength monsters" by gripping the grip strength meter with all their might and sharing their results with their friends, making sports more accessible to everyone. Anai's seminar also sold cheering goods to promote Teikyo sports, creating a highly enjoyable opportunity for everyone to experience sports and connect with other sports club members.

Teikyo University will continue to aim to foster opportunities for student interaction, promote the appeal of sports, and revitalize the university through campus events and sports opportunities.
