Mr. Luu Bich Ngoc, Chief of Staff of the National Council for Education and Human Resources Development, Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, visited Itabashi Campus CampusItabashi Campus

On Monday, October 6, 2025, Luu Bich Ngoc, Chief of Staff of the National Council for Education and Human Resources Development, Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, visited Teikyo University Itabashi Campus and inspected the campus and hospital.

On campus, Mr. NGOC observed a tense, realistic practical training session with assigned roles for Emergency Medical Technician Course in the Department of Sports Department of Sport and Medical Science Faculty of Medical Technology. He received an explanation of the curriculum and training schedule, and experienced the latest patient simulator technology at the Simulation Education and Research Center. Following this, he toured the School of Medicine Hospital, where he heard about the Elekta Harmony Pro® linac, the first of its kind in a university hospital in Japan, in the radiation therapy room. He also heard about the effectiveness of exercise programs prescribed by doctors at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center. He then observed a Da Vinci surgery up close in the operating room. After learning about the benefits of Da Vinci surgery, he actively asked questions about the time it takes to obtain certification to perform the procedure. He also toured various facilities at the University Hospital, including the rooftop helipad and the special treatment environment room, and expressed his appreciation for the state-of-the-art equipment and the medical care it provides.
