Fukuoka Campushas started collecting donations to support the Myanmar and Thailand earthquake victims

On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, Teikyo University Fukuoka Campus began collecting donations to support the areas affected by the Myanmar and Thailand earthquakes. This initiative was initiated by the university's student clubs, the International Exchange Club and the Teikyo University Fukuoka Rotaract Club, in response to the devastating earthquakes that occurred in Myanmar and Thailand in March 2025.
In 2025, our university signed a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement for Sustainable Urban Development through Regional Co-creation" with the Omuta Chamber of Commerce and Industry and related organizations in Omuta City. Based on this agreement, the Omuta Medical Association and the Omuta City Council of Nursing Care Service Providers will also cooperate in the fundraising campaign. The collected donations will be delivered to the disaster-stricken areas through the Japanese Red Cross Society. We sincerely hope that those affected will be able to return to a safe and secure life as soon as possible.
Teikyo University Fukuoka Campus will continue to actively support students' voluntary social contribution activities and work to Community Engagement.
