Teikyo University Club Leaders Camp 2025 was held at the University Seminar House (Hachioji City, Tokyo) from Friday, March 28th to Saturday, March 29th, 2025.
This training is aimed at the training clubs at our Hachioji Campus and the clubs belonging to the Student Association Athletic Bureau, and aims to create a system to prevent compliance violations in clubs so that all members can carry out club activities in a safe and secure manner. The goal is to create an organization where members themselves are conscious of compliance, and approximately 60 executives from each club participated, who will be building the organization as new leaders.
On the day, each group exchanged opinions about the rules of each club and how they are managing their clubs with compliance in mind, and then discussed the current situation, issues, and improvements to the rules of each club. On the second day, each club gave a three-minute presentation. Every club was able to give a concise summary of the content of their discussions, and by the end of the training, there was a sense of lively interaction between the clubs, making it a very meaningful experience. Our university will continue to provide support for revitalizing club activities, including human resource development.
