Ekiden (Road Relay) Club placed 10th overall in the Hakone Ekiden, earning a seed.

At the Hakone Ekiden (101st Tokyo-Hakone Round-Trip College Ekiden Race) held on Friday, January 3, 2025, the Teikyo University Ekiden (Road Relay) Club finished in 10th place overall, earning them a seed to compete in the next tournament.

Starting from 14th place on the return leg, Riku Hirota (2nd year, Faculty of Economics) ran well in the 6th leg, finishing 4th, and the 4th year students in charge of the 7th to 9th legs steadily improved their ranking, and in the fierce battle for seed rights that continued into the second half of the 10th leg, Sae Kobayashi (1st year, Faculty of Education) ran the 10th leg to finish in 10th place overall, and 4th place in the return leg ranking alone. Although the team dropped one place overall from the previous tournament, they were able to improve their overall time by 4 minutes 24 seconds, making this a tournament where they could feel the team's steady growth.
