The final round of the Teikyo University Business Idea Contest 2024 was held atKasumigaseki Campus

The Teikyo University Business Idea Contest 2024 Finals were held at the Teikyo University Hachioji Campus on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. This fourth-year contest is part of the Entrepreneurship Education Support Program and aims to foster a mindset and culture in which students can learn independently and take on new challenges.

The finalists, selected from 305 applicants through a document screening process, participated in an intensive training camp held at the university's Hakone Seminar House on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th, where they worked to hone their presentations, and then delivered presentations that showed off their individuality at the final competition. At the awards ceremony, the winners of President of Teikyo University Award, Teikyo “One’s way” Award, and Idea Award were presented with certificates by the university's Chairman and President, Yoshihito Okinaga. The Sponsoring Company Award was presented to a finalist who was evaluated by judges from the sponsoring company from their unique perspective.
In addition, a cross-talk between human resources representatives from the three sponsoring companies took place, where they spoke about the reality of working in recruitment and human resource development in different industries, what they expect from university students, and delivered powerful messages to our students. After the award ceremony, the finalists, judges, and faculty and staff gathered to deepen their interactions.
