The 3rd Leadership Training for 2024 was heldHachioji Campus

On Saturday, December 7, 2024, the third leadership training session was held for members, coaches, and advisors of designated training clubs belonging to the Athletic Bureau at Teikyo University's Hachioji Campus. The training aimed to improve governance so that each club could achieve autonomous and appropriate organizational management and achieve their goals.

On the day, group discussions were held on efforts to prevent compliance violations and the results were presented. It was a valuable opportunity for each club to reflect on their own activities and use them in their future operations. Participating students and coaches shared their impressions, such as, "We were able to share the good points of other clubs and consider incorporating them into our own club activities," "I realized that we need to remember the awareness and responsibility that we are carrying the name of Teikyo University, and that it is necessary for each individual on the team to be aware of this, not just myself," and "It was a great time to be able to discuss with coaches I don't usually have contact with."

Teikyo University's Hachioji Campus conducts training throughout the year for members of athletic clubs and designated training clubs, and will continue to provide support for human resource development, improving compliance awareness, and promoting the development of athletic club activities.
