The Yoshimura Seminar Hachioji Campusinvited a guest speaker from APA Hotel Co., Ltd. to give a lecture.

On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, Teikyo University Faculty of Economics Department of Tourism Management Yoshimura Seminar invited Mr. Tak Motoya, Senior Managing Director of APA Hotel Co., Ltd. as a guest speaker to give a lecture on "APA Hotel's Ingenious Strategy.

During the lecture, he spoke about APA Hotel's unique psychological approach to guest room design and employee training, as well as the hotel's digital transformation system. He also spoke about APA Hotel's management strategy for global expansion, the story behind the creation of APA President Curry, which Motoya himself created, and a PR strategy using APA President Curry, among other topics, from a management perspective.
During the question and answer session after the lecture, many questions were asked by the students, including how to utilize management resources and how to work as a founding family member, leading to lively exchanges. Our university will continue to provide a place for Practical learning education, as stated in Educational Guidelines.
