Hachioji CampusSecretary General Iwade gave a special lecture in a dialogue format with Mr. Kimiyasu Kudo at Japan Sports Week 2024

On Thursday, July 4, 2024, Japan Sports Week 2024 was held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto-ku, Tokyo), where Teikyo University Sports Bureau Secretary General Masayuki Iwade gave a special lecture titled "Team Building and Player Development by Master Coaches" with former Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks manager Kimiyasu Kudo.

Nearly 300 sports instructors and people active in the sports field attended the lecture, and many of them were seen listening intently to the two speakers' talk on team building and player development, and taking notes.
Secretary General Iwade, who has led his team to 10 victories in the National University Rugby Football Championship, spoke about how, as a manager, he kept in mind how to communicate with players, coaches, and staff while building a team that continued to win.
Our university aims to continue contributing to the development of society through sports.
