On the day, Governor Tomohiro Yoshida of Rotary International District 2700 presented the charter to Shion Harada (3rd year student Faculty of Fukuoka Medical Technology), the first president of the Teikyo University Fukuoka Rotaract Club, and presented a bouquet of flowers to Futoshi Mihara, Dean of Faculty of Fukuoka Medical Technology.

The Teikyo University Fukuoka Rotaract Club was proposed by the Omuta Kita Rotary Club and was certified by Rotary International Headquarters on Thursday, November 2, 2023, becoming the first university-based Rotaract club in Rotary International District 2700 (Fukuoka).

The Teikyo University Fukuoka Rotaract Club is a service club with two pillars: social service activities to meet the needs of the local community and international service activities to address international issues. Through these service activities, we foster friendships, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the local community by implementing a variety of projects from a young person's perspective.
