The 2023 Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Achievement Award Ceremony was held

The 2023 Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Achievement Award ceremony was held at Teikyo University's Itabashi Campus on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. This award is given to individuals or organizations who have achieved outstanding results and recognition in the fields of sports, culture, welfare, academics, etc. each academic year, and have significantly enhanced the reputation of the university. Furthermore, among those nominated for the award, those who have demonstrated exceptional achievement will be awarded the Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Special Award, and those who show promise for future achievements will be awarded the Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Encouragement Award.

The award ceremony for our university's students was held during the graduation ceremony on Thursday, March 21st, and in total, 10 recipients were awarded Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Merit Award (3 groups, 7 individuals) and 11 recipients were awarded the Shoichi Okinaga Academic and Cultural Encouragement Award (4 groups, 7 individuals). Our university's Chairman and President, Yoshihito Okinaga, handed out the certificates and offered words of appreciation and encouragement to each recipient. We look forward to the recipients' continued success.
