In a remarkable feat, Kohei Tanaka, an alumnus of the Department of Tourism Management at the Faculty of Economics, University (Class of 2013), has clinched the Communication category at the esteemed "iF DESIGN AWARD 2023" for his self-published work, "KEEP IT REAL no.1". This accolade cements its status as one of the world's foremost design honors. From a pool of over 11,000 submissions spanning 56 countries and regions, Tanaka's creation stood out after rigorous scrutiny that assessed both content and overall design. The discerning evaluation process culminated in this well-deserved recognition.

Following his graduation from the same department, Mr. Tanaka embarked on a multifaceted career, delving into the realms of tourism and temporary staffing while concurrently launching his own venture, "REZONANCE LLC", headquartered in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, with Kohei Tanaka at the helm. This enterprising initiative has also entailed a series of enlightening interviews with 14 diverse groups of professionals, exploring their perspectives on work, values, beliefs, and more. These insights have been chronicled in both Japanese and English editions of the book. Furthermore, Tanaka's generous contribution extends to the Teikyo University Media Library Center, where copies of his books have been donated, providing an invaluable resource for current students, faculty, and staff. The anticipation for Tanaka's future endeavors runs high, as his impact on the intersection of design, literature, and professional insights continues to resonate.
