Information on changes in payment methods for tuition fees

Starting from the first semester of 2023, we have changed the method of paying tuition fees from some campuses to check and pay using the academic affairs system “CampusSquare” for the purpose of improving the convenience of paying tuition fees.
The payment method is as follows, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Students enrolled in Itabashi Campus

At Itabashi Campus, we have changed the method of payment of tuition fees to a method where you can check and pay on the academic affairs system "CampusSquare".
In line with this matter, from the first semester of 2023, we will stop sending tuition transfer request forms (transfer forms) by mail.

Notice of Changes in Tuition Payment Instructions

From the 2023 first semester tuition, we will change the information about tuition payment from mail to e-mail, on-campus bulletin board, etc.
The person in charge of paying the tuition fee can receive the tuition payment information e-mail at the e-mail address registered in advance. In addition, we will contact the student himself/herself about the tuition fee using the LMS and the academic affairs system "CampusSquare".

Confirmation of tuition information and transfer request form on the academic affairs system "CampusSquare", and procedure for tuition payment

The person in charge of paying tuition fees should log in to the academic affairs system using their ID, check the tuition information, download and print the tuition fee transfer request form (transfer form), and then submit it from a bank counter, ATM, internet banking, etc. on May 31st. Please complete the payment procedures so that the money reaches the university by the delivery deadline.
If you wish to extend the tuition payment deadline, please be sure to submit the designated "Application for Tuition Payment Deferment" to the Student Itabashi Campus Office during office hours on May 31st (possible by mail. (must arrive).
Please note that no applications will be accepted after the deadline.
You can also check the first semester tuition fees and procedure status by logging in with your student ID using the same procedure.

May 1: Start checking information on first semester 2023 school fees on CampusSquare and start paying
May 31: Deadline for payment of tuition fees for the first semester of 2023 and deadline for requesting payment deferment

Students enrolled in Hachioji Campus, Utsunomiya Campus, and Fukuoka Campus

In the first half of 2023, payment will be made using the transfer form as usual. From the second semester of 2023, tuition will be paid using the academic affairs system “CampusSquare”. Specific procedures will be announced at a later date.
