Professor Takahashi Collaborates with NHK on "History Detectives" Program

Hirofumi Takahashi, Professor of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, Teikyo University, cooperated in the production of NHK General's "The Historical Detective" program to be broadcast on March 15, 023 (Wed.). Historical Detective" is a historical mystery that stimulates the intellectual curiosity of adults as the Historical Detective Agency, headed by actor Jiro Sato, thoroughly examines historical mysteries and uncovers unknown truths. In this episode, the question of how Azuchi Castle, built by Oda Nobunaga, was constructed is examined from the fields of both architecture and history. Professor Takahashi was in charge of translating three Jesuit historical documents and verifying their contents from the field of history. Please take a look.
