Ekiden (Road Relay) ClubThe Ekiden (Road Relay) Club placed 13th overall at the Hakone Ekiden

In the Hakone Ekiden (the 99th Tokyo-Hakone Round-Trip Collegiate Ekiden Race) held on January 3, 2023 (Tuesday), the Teikyo University Ekiden (Road Relay) Club finished 13th overall.

Unfortunately, they did not get the seeding right, but on the return trip, they were able to run faster than the time of the previous tournament in 4 out of 5 sections, and there are 8 athletes who have experienced the Hakone Ekiden in the next tournament. Therefore, it has become a tournament that will lead to the future.

As the Ekiden Club extends its gratitude for the unwavering support, this achievement reflects not only individual prowess but also the collective strength and resilience that define Teikyo University in the competitive realm of university relays.
